Pre-Trip Report: Mariah’s DVC Welcome Home Stay (March/April 2025)

Mariah joins Virginia on the podcast today!  She is from Kentucky and is married to her high school sweetheart Matt, who recently initiated their journey to becoming DVC members.  They are planning their first DVC stay for March 29 through April 5 with kids Hallie (6) and Brooks (2).  They will be staying at The Riviera for a majority of the trip and closing it out with one night at Boulder Ridge Villas at Wilderness Lodge.  Listen in to hear all about the plans for this adventure.

Jules and Virginia sit down to discuss all the fun that was had on Jules’ recent trip to Walt Disney World with her boyfriend, Justin.  They stayed at Disney’s All-Star Sports resort, visited Blizzard Beach and all four parks, ate good food, and met up with some friends along the way.

Jules, one half of @disneycouple0905, is here to chat with Virginia about her and her boyfriend Justin’s upcoming trip to Walt Disney World.  While these annual passholders get to the parks frequently since they only live about two hours away, they like to take occasional trips to stay on property and soak in everything in the Disney bubble.  On this trip, they plan to take advantage of the free water park day, visit all four parks, and have some fun dining reservations planned.

Post-Trip Report: Kate’s Teed Off (Not Really!) in WDW (March 2025)

Kate has returned and is sharing all the fun details of her Fort Wilderness Cabin resort only stay!  Even without setting foot inside a park, they had so much to do, including multiple rounds of golf, a fishing excursion, a manicure at the Grand Floridian, plenty of good meals, swimming, and more.  In the end, the trip was relaxing and they will be returning in August for a chance to get into the parks.

Virginia welcomes Kate to the podcast to talk about her upcoming trip to Walt Disney World with her husband Mark, son Van, son Will, daughter Jovie, and Van’s friend Cohen.  This will be a resort-only stay at Fort Wilderness Lodge in a new DVC cabin.  They have plans for Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue, smores over the campfire with Chip and Dale, golf carting around the property, and maybe some horseback riding.  Outside of the resort time, they will be visiting other resorts and Disney Springs, but much of the focus will be on golf!  They are planning to hit the three different 18-hole courses.

Elizabeth is back (with a special guest appearance from daughter, Hope) to reminisce about her recent magical trip to Walt Disney World and their stay at Saratoga Springs Resort.  At the heart of this trip was a 10k race, but they also managed to get in some time by the pool, a couple trips over to Disney Springs, and some park time before they had to head home.
