Virginia welcomes back Jennifer Cusato to fill us in on how her family’s five night, double dip Castaway Cay cruise from Miami to Nassau on the Disney Magic went. Jennifer, a travel planner who specializes in Disney, is no stranger to Disney Cruises. In fact, this was her 9th Disney Cruise! Their trip was full of time spent relaxing by the pool or on the beach at Castaway Cay, a 5k walk as a family, lots of trips down the AquaDunk for her daughter, and just might have ended in them getting their next cruise booked. At the end, we chat about Disney’s newest ship, The Treasure, which is scheduled to set sail in December 2024.

Virginia sits down with Jennifer Cusato, a travel planner who specializes in Disney, to talk about her upcoming August 2023 five night cruise on the Disney Magic with her husband and 11 year old daughter. This cruise departs out of Miami and will be their 9th cruise as a family (they will have Platinum status after their 10th!) and will include a double dip to Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay, and a Pirate Night as they make their way to Nassau, Bahamas.

On this episode, Virginia chats with Sara about her recent trip to Walt Disney World. Sara’s family of six includes a 15 year old, a 10 year old, and 6 year old twins who were on their first ever Disney trip! The family stayed at a Disney Springs good neighbor hotel, took advantage of Genie+ and utilized child swap. After learning how the youngest were going to handle the rides and the sit down restaurants, plans shifted and choices were made to keep everyone going and enjoying the trip.

On this episode, Virginia sits down with Brent who recently traveled to Walt Disney World with his lovely wife Pam and their three “kids” (two adult sons, plus one girlfriend). With a party of five, they took advantage of the two bedroom villa at Animal Kingdom Lodge where they had three…yes, three…bathrooms! This trip was chock full of delicious dining reservations, like old family favorites including Beaches and Cream, Sci-Fi Dine In, The Boathouse, Ohana…as well as some newer family favorites like Rosa Mexicana.

After loving her first visit to Disneyland in December, Melissa was anxious to get back and since the convention center is right across the street from Disneyland…how could she say no? A mom of four, Melissa got to spend one on one time with her eldest kiddo while also getting some solo park time (thanks to VidCon) to soak up the Disneyland magic!

Virginia welcomes Leslie to talk about her June 2023 trip. Leslie and her family stayed at Disney’s Pop Century Resort and this trip incorporated a dance performance for her 7 year old daughter, Kelsey. During their magical stay, they enjoyed 50’s Primetime Cafe with the Fantasmic Dining Package, saw lots of Epcot, and used Disney’s Car Care Center. Leslie’s husband, Jim (a major Star Wars fan), also got to visit Galaxy’s Edge for the first time!
