Virginia welcomes back previous podcast guest Dana, whose family decided they wanted to wake up at Walt Disney World on Christmas morning for the first time.  On this magical and merry trip, they stayed at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.  While this family are fairly frequent visitors to the parks, this was the first time for the kids to ride Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind, as well as the first time for a few of them to try Tron.  Highlights of the trip include Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, being evacuated from Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, and playing ping pong at the resort with Donald Duck!

Virginia welcomes back Dana, whose previous trip report was the most downloaded episode in 2023!  Dana is planning an upcoming Christmas week trip to Walt Disney World for her family of 5.  Since they don’t have family close by, they decided that waking up in Disney on Christmas morning sounded like an ideal way to shake things up.  They plan to stay at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort to take advantage of Skyliner access and will be attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

Happy New Year!  On today’s pre-trip report, Virginia sits down with Sachi from @manhattan_to_mainstreet on Instagram, a fellow New Yorker and Disney parks super fan.  They discuss Sachi’s upcoming trip to Walt Disney World with her son, Fordy, to experience Candlelight Processional with the one and only Jordan Fisher (who incidentally has called Fordy his best friend!).  They also have plans to attend Jollywood Nights and meet up with several friends on the trip.  Outside of Jordan Fisher, Fordy’s priority is meeting as many characters as possible.

Virginia welcomes back Jeanette to the podcast, and they are joined this time by Nanci to talk through all the Disney details of this girls’ trip.  Virginia was even able to join in the fun for the weekend portion of the adventure!  The ladies stayed at Coronado Springs in a preferred room within the Casitas section of the resort.  There was lots of focus on the Festival of the Holidays, a Jollywood Nights party, multiple rides on Flight of Passage with tears from Nanci, and rain…rain…and more rain, which resulted in new Disney socks for everyone!!!

On this episode, Virginia sits down with Katherine and Lucy from the Parents on Disney podcast to discuss their recent girls’ trip to Walt Disney World in celebration of Lucy’s birthday (listen to the pre-trip report episode to hear how Katherine surprised Lucy!).  These two best friends enjoyed a stay at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, time at Disney Springs, visited multiple gingerbread displays across property, had a fun-filled day at EPCOT with a dining package for Candlelight Processional, and so much more.  It was a lot to pack into a three night trip!

Join Virginia as she sits down with Lucy and Katherine, two best friends from the Raleigh/Durham area of NC and the hosts of the Parents on Disney podcast, as they talk through their plans for a quick trip down to Walt Disney World in celebration of Lucy’s recent birthday.  This trip was a surprise from Katherine to Lucy!  They are planning to stay at All-Star Movies Resort and have one big park day devoted to Epcot, with the rest of their time planned for non-park fun, like Disney Springs, Monorail and Skyliner crawls, and more.
