If you have been a long time listener of the podcast, you will recognize Jeanette as she was one of the very first guests! She’s been back multiple times since then, but this appearance is so exciting because she and Virginia are sitting down to talk about Jeanette’s upcoming trip to Japan. While there, of course she has plans to visit Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea, but she and her husband Rob will also be spending some time outside of the Disney bubble. Destinations on their journey will include Tokyo, Shizuoka, Kyoto, Osaka, and Yakushima island.

Laura, also known as @disneyboundsolo on Instagram and @disneybound.solo on TikTok, joins Virginia to talk about the details of her upcoming trip to Walt Disney World with her fiancé, Michael. While Laura gets down to Disney almost monthly, Michael is not a frequent visitor so she’s excited to experience Halloween in the parks together. They are planning a stay at All-Star Sports which will be a first time for them both and will be going on the Behind the Seeds Tour at the Land Pavilion in EPCOT.

Post-Trip Report: Jenn’s Fantastic, Fantasmic, Fall Getaway (October 2024)

Jenn is back and ready to tell all about her recent getaway with husband Joe. Even though they ended up losing a day because of Hurricane Milton, they still had a wonderful trip. Their stay included two nights at the Polynesian and seven nights at Saratoga Springs. One of Jenn’s hopes was that she would have better luck with the food on this trip than she has had in recent visits. Thankfully, after a couple of misses (Food & Wine and the worst hot dog Jenn has ever tried), there were some hits (Trattoria al Forno and Topollino’s Terrace) that made the trip end on a high note.

Virginia welcomes back previous guest Jenn to talk about the plans for her upcoming Walt Disney World trip. This time, instead of the whole family, it will be a couple trip for Jenn and her husband, Joe. After cancelling a cruise, this has turned into a triple split stay between Animal Kingdom Lodge, the Polynesian (Jenn and Joe’s favorite resort), and Saratoga Springs. Plans include lots of pool time, a trip to Orlando’s Discovery Cove, trying some of the Food & Wine Festival offerings, and checking out Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.
